We embrace a strong risk culture and all of our professionals at all levels are expected to take a proactive and responsible approach toward risk management.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs an Analyst Processes and Projects Senior, you will be monitoring a part of the operations related Project Portfolio and will be a strong part of our Process Optimization and Simplification of E2E operations related processes.We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:Effectively steer the Operations Project Portfolio and follow up the expected results.Own specific processes and apply Santander's Process methodologies and tools to design and govern processes e2e incl.
their integration with the different platform systems with strong leverage in the data.Having the full overview about a part of the operations related E2E processes with similarities and market driven differences.Follow up the related key KPIs and processes 360 observability to ensure continuous improvement of processes across the Bank.Promote and adopt advanced tools for processes discovery and automation e2e leveraging in the global capabilities (process mining, AI, RPA, etc).Support the local Teams in the Countries in their process analysis and optimization, support a market place for best practice sharing and co-operation activities between the countries and closely incorporate with other HQ Areas (e.g.
Risk, Compliance, Legal) for E2E process optimization and simplification.Supporting the set up of central solutions for Operations used common tools and Services.Drive the processes design into the IT change lifecycle, ensuring the processes design principles implementation.EXPERIENCEDeep knowledge of the banking products and processes.Deep knowledge and experience in Process definition and optimization.Having professional dialog with the different stakeholders in the organization, especially the business partners, building relationships of mutual trust based on solid criteria.Systematic Governance discipline.Strong orientation to teamwork and collaboration.Passion for innovation with a high business orientation.EDUCATIONBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fieldSKILLS KNOWLEDGEProven experience in process transformation initiatives within the financial services industry.Transformational skills; Business vision, Organization structure understanding, Communication, Change management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in Data driven methodologies.Soft skills are as important as hard skills in this role.
