We are recruiting exceptional customer service professionals to be part of a Multilingual Consumer Affairs department to immerse themselves in the brand and deliver a first-class service to our customers and consumers.

The role will require you to develop a sound understanding of the product and services and to embrace company values as your own.

You will respond to consumers' questions and complaints regarding various products, resolving contacts in a skillful, professional, and empathetic manner.

Your goal will be to ensure excellent service standards, responding to consumers in a timely manner whilst maintaining high customer satisfaction and going above and beyond expectations.

Requirements:
Fluent level of Swedish with exceptional grammar and spelling skills in spoken and written (knowledge of other languages is a plus).Very high level in English.Demonstrated track record in delivering exceptional customer service ideally within a client-facing role.Experience within FMCG/household goods will be considered favorable.Proactive approach to problem solving.Strong teamwork and work ethic.Administrative skills with a strong eye for detail.Excellent listening, empathy, and questioning skills.Demonstrated resilience and conflict management.Ability to handle multiple tasks, details, and interruptions.Excellent probing & needs discovery skills.Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.Willing to learn with a "to do" attitude.Agile mindset. Benefits:
Part-time position, 20 hours/week Monday - Friday 9:00 - 13:00.€17,000 gross per year pro-rata.Permanent contract (with 1 month probation period) and very good career prospects.Excellent work environment with daily employee engagement activities.Access to complimentary products across our brands while on the job.
