Job Description: As a Campus Project Manager, you will contribute to the structure and the growth of the Campus department worldwide.In order to make it happen, you will:Define the Campus strategy with the Recruitment and HR Teams for Mantu brands and departments (Business, Corporate, and Consulting).Help build the Campus of tomorrow.Define the top target schools by country with the RD and strategy validation.Identify and validate needs with the RD and Local referents.Ensure the promotion of Mantu brands (in priority Mantu, LB, and Amaris) towards schools and develop strong links and relationships with School Managers.Develop an Ambassador program with Mantu interns and apprentices, Top Management, and alumni to represent our brands during school events, networks, and on social media.Help strengthen our Employer branding strategy by regularly creating content related to our Campus activities in collaboration with our Recruitment Marketing Specialists.Manage the Campus team and Campus coordinators.Monitor and analyze the budget and impact of campus actions.Accompany interns and apprentices throughout their experience in the company.Follow-up and animate Talent pools in conjunction with the Recruitment.Ideal Profile:Graduated with a Master's degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Communication, or any other related fields.A previous experience in recruitment or event management is a real advantage.Capacity to learn quickly and to meet short deadlines.Interested in working in a fast-paced international and multicultural environment.Great interpersonal skills, team spirit, and dynamism.Structured, organized, and curious.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.Who are we?
