Western Union powers your pursuit. As the Payments Product Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and management of our digital banking payment products. In this role, you will work closely with the Payments Products Lead and cross-functional teams to gather customer insights, analyze market trends, and contribute to the success of our payment products.
Role Responsibilities Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product development and strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure that product features and benefits align with customer needs. Assist with product launch activities, including communication with stakeholders, market positioning, and pricing analysis. Provide ongoing product performance analysis and market recommendations for improvement. Contribute to the development of product marketing materials, including presentations, product sheets, and customer-facing communications. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product innovations. Role Requirements Strong academic background including qualifications (or equivalence in experience) in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Technology, or a related field is advantageous. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that requires cross-collaboration among different stakeholders and partners. Be obsessed with customer experience and have a passion for excellence and continuous improvement. Have experience with mobile and web tools, in addition to working under lean and agile principles.
