We are actively looking for a SAP SD-CS Lead Consultant in Madrid, Spain. Both Spanish and English speaking are mandatory for this position.

Qualifications:
Minimum 6 to 8 years of working experience in SAP SD-CS modules
Sales & Distribution skills experience
Customer Service skills experience
Strong communication skills
English speaking
Spanish speaking

Roles & Responsibilities:
Customer connect daily/weekly
Daily connect with team on the SD tickets status
Monitor SD-CS tickets in all landscapes for inflow and outflow
Analysis and review of the solution for the tickets
Guide the team for faster resolution in the complex tickets
Prepare/Support for Knowledge articles in the SD module
Train new joiners/juniors in the SD-CS module
Meeting KPIs & provide status to the Customer on the SD tickets
Interviewing and supporting for team building
