Pickers add their picks and share them with their friends or followers.PositionWe are now looking for a UX Researcher to reinforce our scaling Product Development team. You will ensure that our product and its features are valuable for people, easy to use, and of the highest level of craft and execution.Tasks- Partner with cross-functional colleagues to identify, prioritize, plan, and execute high-impact studies.- Plan and run research projects end-to-end such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, and workshops with the appropriate level of fidelity.- Design, lead, and facilitate qualitative studies such as interviews or workshops. Facilitation is not strictly required but will be highly valued.- Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses.- Guide the evolution of our UX approach by translating research findings into actionable recommendations.- Document and present findings to peers and stakeholders.- Design dashboards, including graphs and tables for data visualization projects (no UI skills are needed, but you will be expected to help in data visualization projects).- Understand the business needs to achieve our team and company goals.- Give and solicit feedback from other team members in order to continually raise our bar for quality.Requirements- Passion for what Picker does and our vision.- You have at least 3+ years of experience in research in a design, digital, or technological environment.- Empathy to understand users' needs and translate them to holistic, systematic solutions.- Some level of versatility in managing both qualitative and quantitative research, able to defend and explain both fields.- You are a fantastic communicator and know how to communicate ideas, concepts, and solutions easily.- You speak outstanding English.Benefits- Work from a cool office in Poblenou, Barcelona.- Remote work encouraged!- Monthly lunches with the team.- Flexible schedule (40-hour workweek).- Friday intensive timetable.- 23 days off per year.- +1 extra day off during your birthday week.At Picker, we're committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status.
