We are not your regular recruiters.TasksYour responsibilities and impact as a Recruitment Manager will be:Recruitment:Team Management:Day to day management of your team membersLead by example: you will always be expected to hold/support a certain amount of recruitment activitiesSupport and guidance on your team's recruitment activities and processesResponsible for target setting and feedback managementDevelopment, training, and coaching of your team membersForecast, search and recruitment of recruitment consultants/trainees for your hubAdministration of your direct reports (paperwork, commission tracking, holidays, etc.)Strong partnership and mutual support with Team LeadersHandling the forecast and the internal recruitmentsBusiness Development and Client's Partnership Management:Conduct and drive business development activitiesDay-to-day account management and partnership management with your clients and your team's clients' portfolioNew Client's Partnership Management: responsible for the acquisition, contract management and ensuring quality delivery of servicesBlu Management and Strategy:Take on operational management responsibilities within the companyParticipate in the strategy and further development of the companyIdentify areas of changes/improvements and drive changesAnalysis, budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, and planningInitiation/Participation in Ad-hoc Blu and Team ProjectsHandling Team Lead and Management back-upRequirements:Skills, experiences, and interests you need to succeed in this role:Speaking a proficient/native level of English plus another European language.Being creative, adaptable, and proactiveHaving previous experience in recruitment for a minimum of 3 yearsHaving previous experience in leading/managementBeing a team playerEnjoying being energetic, innovative, and working proactively at a fast paceGetting excited about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyleBeing already in Barcelona and loving the vibe of your international career and life experience.You already settled in Barcelona, and have experience in the local market.
