Our team is expanding and we want to continue to recruit people with the technical expertise that will enable us to achieve excellence in the development and implementation of our Telecommunications services.Responsibilities:Customer support request CSR investigation follow up and coordination.Perform second level operation and maintenance activities for network elements.Provide expertise and resolution for Customer and Network Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions.Collect and analyze required logs and traces during fault investigations.Integrate and validate new features, functions or services change request as part SLA MoP Design document if required or to support first line during integration activities.Participate in infrastructure deployment reviews by performing technical analysis.Interact with 3rd parties to fix the issues identified in the systems.Change Management support Evolved Packet Core changes ensuring all pre and post testing and implementation is detailed to reduce any potential impact to the customer and the service being delivered.Resolve support desk cases within SLAs, and escalate to 3rd line where required.System and solution support.Knowledge and Skills:Excellent knowledge of GPRS UMTS LTE NR Ericsson Packet Core Network technology.Broad and special knowledge in Packet Core Network products with main focus on architecture, strategy and functionalities TCP IP technologies and protocol suites.Telecom knowledge Network elements, Mobile architectures, Mobile network 2G 3G 4G LTE NR.Mobile Packet Core nodes SGSN, MME, GGSN, PGW, EPG, PCRF, HSS, CUDB, EDA. High technical competence in packet core nodes i.e. vMME, vEPG, vSAPC.IP infrastructure equipment Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Ericsson, Cisco, Juniper, Extreme Networks.Keywords Sigtran, SS7, Diameter, SIP, BGP, DNS, LTE, UMTS, GSM, EPC, IMS, HLR HSS, STP, PGW GGSN.Experience in packet captures.Experience with Mobile core system interfaces and protocols such as S1, S6a, S11, S5 S8, GTP, SS7, SNMP, Radius, Diameter.Software tool Tcpdump, Ethereal, Wireshark, and good to have Perl knowledge.Service Infrastructure Packet Data Switching Node PDSN, AAA, Evolved Packet Core EPC, virtual Evolved Packet Core vEPC, Home Subscriber Server HSS, Policy and Charging Rules Function PCRF.All communications will be in English, so fluent English level is required.Good to have industry certificates Ericsson, Cisco, Juniper, Extreme.
