The role reports to the BU Financial Director and provides a valuable learning opportunity to anyone wanting to further develop their career by gaining exposure at a Business Unit and EMEA level.As BU Finance Controller, you will:- Ensure accurate financial representation for the Business Unit by consolidating financials for plant budgets, actuals, and forecasts.- Ensure monthly results are understood from a business perspective, oversee internal audits, and ensure compliance with CSA and SOX requirements.- Drive strategic initiatives and significantly impact the BU's financial success.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:- Member of senior team providing insight and analysis to drive the value and success of the business.- Lead the management reporting activities in the BU, supporting plants in monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
