.Job DescriptionAs a Technical Consultant, you're responsible for the operational success of your predefined set of regional clients (client portfolio).
This is in close cooperation with the CSM and potentially an official Selligent partner.
Having a 'customer first' attitude is key.
You strive to understand the client business and propose good solutions according to their needs, requirements, and expectations.Duties Subject matter expert - Operate as a technical expert on the Selligent product suite.
This includes technical analysis, supporting clients on best practices, and solving problems.Train/support clients with technical workshops on how to integrate and use projects created by Selligent.Proactively reach out to your clients to improve system efficiency and offering (new) solutions.Help improve the product by sharing client cases, issues, or any improvements with the Product team.Assist the Selligent Learning Team in improving training and reference material for both external and internal consumption.Train clients and partners on the Selligent product suite (mainly but not only "Selligent Marketing Cloud Fundamentals" training).Contributing and managing projects - Assist in the definition of project scope and customer objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.Contribute to projects like new client onboardings, migrations, and existing client programs.
If there's no or a new partner involved, it's up to the Technical Consultant to lead the project.Manage the client projects; budget follow-up, time management, planning, functional & technical analysis.Collaborate with the Selligent team members including Project Service developers, Deliverability experts, Support, Platform Architects, and any other stakeholders to keep the project in sync.Client-First - Understand the client's business and help them reach their goals.Propose the correct solutions to the specific client's needs and business.Create a trust relationship with the client (and the partner).
Ensuring that they know you are there to help them.Providing the best services means you must know the boundaries, regardless of customers' requests or suggestions.
Sometimes a request just cannot be met, alternative solutions should be offered or sometimes declined with a valid reason.Report and escalate potential risks or issues if needed.Required Skills Excellent project management skills.
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience with a comparable solution provider or digital agency.Superior problem-solving and accurate solution scoping abilities.Solid verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.Highly coachable with a strong desire to improve and grow as a professional.Experience with projects involving databases, web services, HTML, CSS, .NET, ASP, and scripting languages such as JavaScript a plus.Openness to developing knowledge in a constantly evolving environment.Fluent English language skills
