col-wideJob Description:Ensuring that all maintenance tasks are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Regulatory Authorities, the company MOE, Procedures and individual Personal Authorisation Certificates.- Ensuring aircraft documentation is completed and certified in accordance with the MOE and company procedures.- Lead assigned team and ensure that all company regulations, HR policies & procedures and safe working practices are followed by their team.- Ensuring that the company Health and Safety policy is adhered to and that a safe and clean working environment is maintained, at all times.- Responsible for effective utilization and improved efficiency of staff under their supervision.- Carry out any other tasks as reasonably required by the Check Supervisor.**Requirements**:- Must hold an unrestricted EASA B2 Licence, preferably with type rating on Boeing 737-800.- Previous certification privileges in a similar role desirable.- Experience leading a team of Aircraft Mechanics.- Be self-motivated, and able to work without direct supervision.- Excellent spoken & written English is essential.- Flexible approach to working in fast changing environment- Strong computer literacy- Willing to work shift
