To deliver this vision, the B2C Ecommerce Technology Solutions Organization is hiring for a key role that will be pivotal in spearheading the vision, working with key stakeholders across the digital value chain and drive these outcomes for our customers and our business. In this role, you will be responsible for driving technical product management across multiple BUs and drive reusability of capabilities/features with a platforms-based view.
Job Summary/Position Overview: We are looking for a Product Manager for our EMEA region with a strong understanding of driving customer solutions/digital platforms at scale. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders in the market team (commercial org), product management organization, UX, analytics, marketing, software engineering, and other teams across the customer journey. You will be instrumental in driving the outcomes and KPIs in collaboration with these key stakeholders.
This role will require thinking of the art of the possible, while being rooted, and help the teams move forward to meet their goals. The person in this role will need to understand the business outcomes and the KPIs that need to be delivered to achieve these outcomes and work back to get to the results.
This role will work with teams driving focus groups and getting market feedback, product management teams to develop the roadmap, and with stakeholders to drive a common delivery cadence to get the target business outcomes. This is a strategic role that requires the person to be the "quarterback" in working with multiple stakeholders to drive to the end-zone.
