Tasks and Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat in both English and French, embodying our commitment to making every customer's experience great.
Assist customers in resolving inquiries, issues, and providing information about our motocross and mountain biking gear, apparel, and outerwear products.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions, showcasing your passion for our brand.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our customer database, ensuring we keep the rider community informed and satisfied.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues, reflecting our commitment to teamwork.
Identify and report customer feedback and trends to help improve our products and services, making a meaningful impact on our rider-centric approach.
You have: We're looking for a candidate who can adapt quickly to change, be flexible, and adjust effectively to changes in the business environment to achieve our goals.
English is essential, as it is the company's language of communication.
Fluency in French (verbal and written) is a must, allowing you to connect with our diverse global customer base.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, embodying our dedication to making customers' lives easier.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, essential for addressing unique customer needs.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, mirroring the spirit of "work hard, play harder." Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office, ensuring efficient service delivery.
Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
