We are looking for a highly motivated B2B Vertical Lead to join our team. The person will be responsible for leading the development of our B2B payments strategy, with a primary focus on driving commercial growth, client management, and developing strategic solutions to boost the performance of our services. Additionally, they will coordinate key operational aspects to ensure smooth and successful performance across the vertical.
\n What will I be doing?Develop and implement commercial strategies to expand the B2B vertical and meet revenue growth objectives by defining use cases and customer segmentsMonitor vertical performance through KPIs and data analysis, proposing improvements to maximize profitability and efficiencyBuilding partnerships with financial institutions like banks and fintech with a focus on supporting B2B different use casesGather inputs and coordinate with internal teams including operations, product, technology, risk, and treasury on the creation and execution of product development to ensure the effective implementation of customized scalable solutions for B2B clientsOversee operational processes to ensure efficient and seamless delivery of services, optimizing internal workflows and proceduresRepresent the B2B vertical in both internal and external meetings, acting as the key point of contact for strategic partners and clientsIdentify market trends and new business opportunities in the B2B space What skills do I need?Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or operational management roles within a global B2B environment, preferably in the payments or fintech sector.Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.Deep knowledge of the B2B sales cycle and corporate client relationship management.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in English and Spanish.Ability to analyze data and KPIs with a focus on continuous improvement.Proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.Fluent English.
