You will help schools deploy the Qoria Linewize cloud solution to student devices via MDM technologies. You will also become an expert on the tools and features that are part of the Qoria suite and best practices around client setup and configuration, as well as troubleshooting and problem resolution. Coordination with other departments to optimize issue resolution processes will also be part of your role.This role requires an understanding of MDM platforms that are used to deploy business software as well as knowledge of networking and VLANs. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish. You'll be part of a global support team and report to the Head of Customer Success for EMEA and work closely with the VP Sales (EMEA) in Barcelona.As a B2B Customer Success Technical Engineer, you will:Strong Network understanding (e.G. VLANs, firewalls, Switches) being able to understand how a school network works.Diagnose, research, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to related technical issues, both internally and on the customer's site. We contact the clients through videoconference.Integrate and deploy the Qoria solution through different MDM's. Become the subject matter expert for issues related to the endpoint software and its integration into the customer's enterprise environment.Coordinate with other departments globally and optimize the issue resolution process.What you bring to the table:Technical understanding and experience managing Windows, Mac, Chromebook, and iOS environments; and related tools like Active Directory, Apple Business Manager and Google Admin.Working knowledge of MDM and classroom tools such as Jamf, Intune and Google Admin Console and Google Classroom.Focused on delivering quality and timely response to issues, from start to finish.Experience in communicating with high level stakeholders
