Role | We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven B2B Sales Executive to take on the Madrid Market and help us grow our business by building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and local businesses.
If you are passionate about sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to make an impact in an exciting, high-growth sector, then this is the role for you!
Responsibilities | Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire and retain B2B clients in Madrid.
Identify and target key corporate clients, travel agencies, relocation companies, and businesses in need of flexible accommodation solutions.
Cultivate long-lasting relationships with decision-makers and influencers, ensuring they see Ukio Apartments as their go-to partner for accommodation solutions.
Understand the unique needs of each client and present tailored solutions that align with their business goals and employee or customer needs.
From prospecting to closing, you'll be in control of the full sales cycle, ensuring every deal is managed effectively.
Work closely with our marketing, operations, and customer success teams to share insights, optimize offerings, and create exceptional experiences for your clients.
This is a key role at Ukio, where your success will directly contribute to the company's growth and expansion in the Madrid market.
Requirements | You have a solid background in sales, particularly in B2B, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
An understanding or interest in the property, tech, or hospitality sectors will be a big plus.
You have excellent communication and negotiation skills and can engage with senior executives and business owners.
You're driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of your role and market.
Fluency in Spanish and an understanding of the Madrid market is essential.
You are ambitious, hungry to succeed, and want to contribute to Ukio's growth.
