Description and RequirementsDo you have the right skills and ambition to join our fast growing Motorola smartphone business? Can you offer a high level of customer support and added value to our partners? We have ambitious plans to continue our fast growth on Iberia B2B smartphone market and that is why we need your help.
You will report to our MBG General Manager Iberia and will be part of our Iberia Motorola team. You will play a key role in the next phase of our growth plan, winning new clients and unleashing the full potential of our key partners.
What will be your tasks once you join our team? Generate new business working closely with all the Lenovo teams, reseller partners and end user accountsPartnering with all identified accounts and anticipate future customer needsResponsible for business development pipelineMaintain professional communication with management regarding pipeline, activities, customer needs, and other business opportunitiesOwn and be in charge of forecast and reporting within the CRM tool; also be in charge of revenue, margins, and growthControl costs, protect/maintain margins in line with corporate objectivesRun device sales and support resources directly or indirectly in the development of advanced solution-selling conceptsFormulate concrete plans, making sure that the skills of the Lenovo sales force in the sector are continuously upgradedDon't hesitate to send us your CV if you have: 4+ years of sales experience preferably in the technology hardware industryStrong understanding of channel management or channel-based sales modelsAbility to work cross functionally and collaboratively bringing in the right resources at the right stage in the selling processStrong influencer and confident presenterGood networking skills, with the ability to communicate across complex matrix organisationsGood analytical approach - to be able to quickly draw conclusions from company data or market researchComfortable with financial management and P&LsFluency in English and SpanishWhat we can offer you: An exciting job with great opportunities for successA good potential to grow both professionally and personallyPositive work life balanceLife insurancePension / Retirement planMedical planLenovo and Motorola products discountsChildren of Lenovo Motorola Employees Scholarship ProgramReferral bonus and much more!As part of the Lenovo family, Motorola Mobility is creating innovative smartphones and accessories designed with the consumer in mind.
