By joining Tidio as a Product Manager, you will become a crucial member of our Product Team. You will work closely with the Lead Product Manager and take responsibility for our Integrations, OpenAPI, Marketplace & Lyro AI solutions which require external data sources. As the Senior Product Manager, you will: Work alongside Machine Learning, forging real-time data solutions for Lyro AI Agent; Be responsiblefor our integrations ecosystem, including Integrations, OpenAPI, Tidio Marketplace & Software Partner Program; Monitor relevant metrics, identify issues and potential opportunities for PLG; Develop comprehensive and well-researched product artefacts, such as Business Cases/ Epics & Roadmap providing clarity to the business; Work closely with your immediate team, including an Engineering Manager, Engineers (Backend, Frontend, QA) and a Designer; Communicate effectively to the broader business including product roadmap, new features and answers to other team's inquiries; Work hand in hand with the Lead Product Manager to agree objectives, leading metrics and prioritise initiatives
