Your responsibilities and impact as a B2B Customer Service Representative will be: Managing financial transactions, including refunds, manual charges, and payment inquiriesFacilitating the onboarding process for new B2B customersUpdating and maintaining merchant information in our DatabaseAddressing merchant inquiries about their POS account financial status with WorldlineProviding timely and professional customer service via email and phoneEnsuring excellent service standards and high customer satisfaction levelsHandling a current average call volume of approximately 5%, with occasional support during call overflow periodsSkills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role: Strong proficiency in financial transactions and payment processingExcellent customer service and communication skillsDetail-oriented with accuracy in data entry and record-keepingCapability to handle call volume and assist during overflow periodsInterest in providing exceptional customer servicePassion for resolving financial inquiries and assisting merchantsEnthusiasm for learning and adapting to new systems or processesWhat's in it for you?
