As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven B2B&B2C Marketing Expert to join our dynamic team. This person will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our community of users, driving lead generation, and building strong partnerships through innovative marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: B2C Marketing campaigns: Deliver, track, perform and report effective social media, email, and paid digital marketing campaigns on our B2C channels (paid Ads, social media, crm, affiliates, KOLs) Collaborate with in-house designers and freelancers to work on daily projectsB2B Community Management: Oversee and grow our B2B community (clients, leads, newsletter subscribers) fostering strong relationships through social media, forums, and other channels.Channel Management: Manage and execute campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter, Telegram, Email.Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies that drive qualified B2B leads, using inbound tactics, and closely monitor campaign performance.Lead Magnet Campaigns: Design, implement, and optimize lead magnet campaigns to attract and engage high-quality leads, ensuring a smooth funnel from awareness to conversion.Paid Campaigns: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, to increase visibility and drive traffic to EtherMail website. Develop assets and copy for A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance and maximize ROI.Webinars: Plan, host, and promote webinars / virtual events to engage with the community, provide valuable contents and insights, as well as showcasing EtherMail's product offerings, industry expertise, and thought leadership. Measure the success of these activities to continually improve the process.Co-Marketing Activities with partners: Identify and execute co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners, aiming to expand EtherMail's reach, build brand awareness, and generate leads. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in community management, social media campaigns and CRMProven experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, and community management.Expertise in designing and executing lead magnet campaigns and inbound strategies.Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and their use both in B2C and B2B marketing.Excellent communication and writing skills, with an ability to create compelling content.Experience with webinar platforms and knowledge of how to use them for lead generation.Great Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with different departments such as design, sales, and IT, ensuring alignment and seamless execution of marketing campaigns.Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead projects from conception to execution, managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams.
