Position OverviewAs Consumer Care Product Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering both the IT & Data mission and renew ambition by enabling business growth through technology and data.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Expertise: Take ownership of our "consumer/HCP engagement" products, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Personalization Studio. Use a product management approach to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal business customers, including Global marketing automation business product owner, local marketing team, digital marketers, Data Compliance Officers, and IT peers globally/locally.Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with other product owners and assist senior product managers in executing product strategies. Conduct end-user marketing research, translate business requests into product development backlogs, and ensure successful product delivery.Product Metrics and Documentation: Organize and track product metrics, maintain detailed documentation, and create roadmaps and communication plans.Industry Insights: Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, contributing fresh ideas to the team.Launch Support: Coordinate marketing activities, prepare product documentation, and conduct training sessions for internal stakeholders.QualificationsDo not hesitate to apply if you have:
5 to 8 years of product management experience in an international work setting.Strong organizational skills, including excellent planning and budget management abilities.Self-motivated and proactive, capable of independent and team work.Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (such as Salesforce marketing cloud, Adobe) and setting up integration with other systems.Proficiency in managing budgets and allocating resources.Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, with a mandatory Salesforce marketing cloud certification and at least 2 years of experience.Familiarity with scrum methodologies (preferably SaFe or Scrum certified) and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, or Asana).Attention to detail in end-to-end delivery, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.Excellent understanding of the product-centric approach in IT organizations.Excellent verbal and written English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.Career ProgressionAt Danone, you will work to make a vision a reality: "One Planet, One Health" and it doesn't matter what position you are in to impact it.
