You are a team player who takes on responsibility and enjoys the cultural environment of Straumann with its learner/player philosophy.MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIESFinance Business Partnering for all departments of the existing and newly created Central Service EntitiesOwner of the forecasting and budgeting process of the Central Service EntitiesProactive management of Headcount planning and phasingEnsuring performance transparency for service provider, receiver and Straumann Group for service activities going through the central set-up by developing, implementing, and managing service agreements and related controlling set-ups for a global customer base of the central service entitiesRegular interaction with senior management of all functions receiving or requesting services from the entitiesPreparation of reports and presentations to the senior managementCreation of ad hoc analysis to increase transparency and identify deviations and improvement opportunities- The position reports to the Head of Controlling GovernanceYOUR PROFILEUniversity/FH degree with focus on finance / controlling / auditing or comparable degreeMin.
5 years of experience in controlling preferably in an international and industrial environmentProven track record of handling ERP systems (SAP FI/CO, SD/MM and SAP BW)MIS ALEA - knowledge is an advantageSound IFRS knowledgeFlexible and proactive "can do" attitude with the ability to structure, manage, and coordinate complex cross-enterprise tasks and processes with multiple stakeholders even in stressful situations and remotelyNetworked and abstract thinking skills, quick comprehensionHigh IT & number affinityAssertive, resilient, and result-oriented personality who is both self-driven and a strong team playerStrong communicator with an open & positive attitude used to discuss with various stakeholders from different locations and different levelsFluent in English.
