You are a team player who takes on responsibility and enjoys the cultural environment of Straumann with its learner/player philosophy.MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIESFinance Business Partnering for all departments of the existing and newly created Central Service EntitiesOwner of the forecasting and budgeting process of the Central Service EntitiesProactive management of Headcount planning and phasingEnsuring performance transparency for service provider, receiver and Straumann Group for service activities going through the central set-up by developing, implementing, and managing service agreements and related controlling set-ups for a global customer base of the central service entitiesRegular interaction with senior management of all functions receiving or requesting services from the entitiesPreparation of reports and presentations to the senior managementCreation of ad hoc analysis to increase transparency and identify deviations and improvement opportunities- The position reports to the Head of Controlling GovernanceYOUR PROFILEUniversity/FH degree with focus on finance / controlling / auditing or comparable degreeMin
