Position: We are seeking a seasoned technical Product Owner with significant experience in the Data & AI domain to lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our internally built products in Healthcare R&D. This role is crucial in leveraging Data and AI to accelerate and enhance our R&D initiatives, ultimately fostering the discovery and development of new drugs.
Responsibilities: Define the product vision, expected business value, and impact.Define and execute the product roadmap and evaluate its impact on the business.Act as the primary liaison between R&D end users, business stakeholders, and the engineering and architecture teams.Ensure seamless integration with other systems and processes within our global R&D Data and AI landscape.Engage in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the product's functionality, usability, and performance.Continuously gather feedback from end users and regularly communicate product roadmap updates across the organization.Identify new product growth opportunities and propose mitigating strategies for potential risks or roadblocks.Champion a product mindset and focus on business value throughout the organization.Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices related to data analysis and machine learning. You will report to the Head of Product Management in the Healthcare Digital, Data & IT organization. You will join a multicultural team working in agile methodologies and having high autonomy in decision-making.
