Key Responsibilities Aircraft Maintenance & Certification : Perform and certify aircraft maintenance tasks within the scope of company approvals.
Team Coordination : Lead and coordinate team members in your assigned area, developing and overseeing daily work plans to meet project schedules.
Performance Monitoring : Track work progress against daily plans, providing regular briefings, guidance, and support to staff to ensure targets are met.
Problem Solving : Collaborate with management to proactively identify and address potential issues, providing solutions and next steps.
Quality & Compliance : Ensure the technical accuracy and compliance of all tasks under your supervision, adhering to all safety and quality standards.
Communication : Keep management informed of work progress, any potential delays, and proposed solutions for meeting targets.
Safety & Quality : Adhere to the Safety & Quality Management Plan (SQMP), actively participating in the workplace safety program and staying updated on new Technical and Quality Notices.
Skills & Experience Certification : Part 66 B1 Licence required.
Preferred Qualification : Type rating on A380 is advantageous but not mandatory.
Experience : Minimum of 3 years as a technician, with experience in modifications and working on live aircraft.
Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing requirements.
Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
Eligibility : Must have the right to work in the EU.
