To expand our team, we are seeking an iHCM Client Service Consultant.
Where will you be working?
ADP is the international market leader in integrated HR and payroll (HCM) solutions, making us experts in our field.

You will have the opportunity to fully utilize your talent and expertise with our clients.
Our office is located in Barcelona, where you will work in a friendly team consisting of about 20 enthusiastic colleagues working in Bucharest, Romania, and Barcelona.
The working language within the team is Dutch, and internally within ADP, English.
Therefore, it is essential that, in addition to Dutch, you also have a good command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.
What are you going to do? As an iHCM Client Service Consultant, you will be the contact person for mainly Dutch-speaking customers who have questions about iHCM (a cloud-based platform that simplifies Payroll, HR, Time, Talent management, and more in one solution).
You will be their first point of contact and will be in contact with HR or Payroll staff 90% of the time.
Customers can reach out through various channels: phone, chat, or our ticket system.
This setup provides you with the platform, space, and time to engage with customers effectively and find appropriate answers or solutions.

Every day, you will receive a piece of theory that you will apply in practice by completing assignments in the test environment.
Soon after, you will begin working with real-life cases to gain your first practical experience.
After approximately two months, the training period will conclude, and you will be ready to go live; the first incoming calls will come!
