Realize your potential and accelerate your career with us!Currently, for one of our clients, a leading provider of professional Near-Infrared (NIR) analysis products and services, integrating R&D, production, and sales, we are looking for a Sales Manager in Andalusia, Spain.Responsibilities:Implement the company's sales plan to achieve the sales targets.Search for target clients, build client pools, and conduct direct sales via phone calls and physical visits.Recruit distributors and agents in target regions/industries, and maintain the relationship.Provide sales/technical support to distributors/agents for promoting sales.Screen and attend exhibitions/tradeshows globally to explore potential markets and customers.Collect, organize, and feedback information on the target market.Through the establishment of deep customer relationships, promote customer re-purchase and transfer introduction to achieve sales growth.Responsible for the establishment of customer information, storage, and classification management.Handle and answer customers' after-sales problems; in case of problems that cannot be solved, timely seek support with the headquarters technical staff and act as a communication bridge.Minimum Requirements:Experience in direct sales and channel sales.Ability to generate pipeline and business opportunity leads.Passion for sales work, diligence, and initiative.Have team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and good interpersonal building skills.Fluent in English in writing, speaking, listening, and reading.Nice to have:Experience in Agricultural/crops trading/animal feeds/NIR.Sales experience in instrument/equipment/related.Experience in developing new revenue streams.Experience in distributor development.Drive license.What we offer:Work remotely with flexible patterns and the ability to travel up to 70%.Attractive remuneration package.Travel allowance and insurance.Competitive commission bonus at the end of the year.#J-18808-Ljbffr
