Change the future with us Using your expertise, you will be responsible for:
Drive and manage IT implementation projects to support process automation and digitalization based on the platforms Mendix and Pega. Support IT low code services and IT Mendix DevOps Center in design, implementation and operation of IT solutions and services. Specify functional and non-functional requirements, derive architectural solutions and align these with the international agile development team. Analyze risks, develop architecture roadmaps and manage technical depth. Advise and work on technical (implementation) solutions for our customers. Work with development teams on complex implementation challenges around security, integration, data modeling, app performance, deployment strategies and more. Act as the technical key contact for IT partners and software providers with regard to future development of low code service offerings and the integration into the Siemens landscape. Ensure that best practices and guidelines are applied. Manage and enable system integrators. Overcome technical challenges by finding innovative solutions. What you need to make real what matters: At least 5 years of increasing responsibility, out of which at least 3 years in designing & implementing cloud solutions. Proficient & hands-on experience in architecting, designing and managing continuous delivery systems using Agile methodologies. Hands-on experience in architecting and implementing solutions in large IT projects. Expert knowledge in LowCode platforms Mendix and/or Pega. Deep knowledge about Cloud platforms/solutions (e.g., AWS). Know-how about Siemens regulatory requirements in IT projects & services, e.g., Information Security, Data privacy. Soft skills to be successful: Ability to work on complex issues autonomously and in a team-based environment. Strong problem solver. Good inter-department communication skills.
