Customer Marketing Manager South

About the Role As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing marketing strategies and activities for the Professional Hygiene Business Unit within your designated area.
You will create and execute marketing plans for assigned countries, collaborating closely with Business Unit Marketers and global stakeholders.

What You Will Do Develop and Implement Marketing Plans: Lead the creation and execution of customer marketing plans for select strategic customers. Stakeholder Collaboration: Establish and maintain marketing relationships with strategic stakeholders, representing marketing in the Local Management Team. Product Mix Monitoring: Oversee the overall product mix of customers and recommend changes in collaboration with the appointed Key Account Manager or sales lead. Campaign Execution: Create and execute customer marketing campaigns (both offline and online) and loyalty programs to drive customer engagement, advocacy, and sales development. Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve online listings, share of search, taxonomy, and the integrity and accuracy of commercial content. Coordination of Activities: Collaborate with Product, Segment, and Brand managers to coordinate activities within your area of responsibility. Budget Management: Manage the customer marketing budget for the business area, ensuring ROI calculations and setting KPIs, followed by corrective actions as needed. Team Development: Lead and develop team capabilities in line with Essity's core values and development program. Who You Are Experienced Marketer: Strong previous experience in a marketing role within a multinational company. Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish. Omnichannel: Understand how to perform and navigate in the Digital shelf. Dynamic and Passionate: Enthusiastic about marketing and brand development. Flexible and Reliable: Committed with a can-do aptitude. Leadership Skills: Passionate about coaching and developing others. Adaptable: Comfortable working within a matrix organization.
