Purpose This role develops and sustains Quality Management Systems in line with the required industry standards (including ISO 9001), accreditation and business requirements across the organisation through existing and new procedures.
Key Missions Apply the quality standards for material, WIP and end goods during the production process Promote the awareness about the customers' requirements Perform Quality checks and Quality KPIs; customer claims, returns, rejections, … Collaborate in the quality standards definition and for putting in place the appropriate corrective and improvement actions Connections: The Quality Coordinator will report directly to the Quality Manager, under the Service Centre Manager responsibility.
Profile & Other Information IDEMIA is seeking to appoint a highly qualified Quality Coordinator, preferably starting in January 2025.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate: A degree in Quality or related field English at B1 (upper intermediate) level minimum Spanish Solid knowledge of the Lean Tools, including 5S, visual management Others: CRM – Change Request Management Monitoring and measurement equipment's AQL definition Coordinating a team of 2 employees Technical knowledge in any of the next areas: ISO9001/2015 Lean Manufacturing Power BI Audit experience Mandatory: Microsoft Office (Excel – Word) Desirable (nice to have): ISO14000 Personal features/ soft skills This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with staff and parents, working with them closely to review the result of the audits looking together for improvement actions Attention to the details Ability to analyze and solve problems Good organizational skills Autonomous Capacity to investigate Extremely tidy person Location Position in Torrejón de Ardoz – Madrid Production environment (100% on-site) Benefits Lunch card Health card Training for CI provided Flexibility: 9:00 to 18:00 (1 hour for lunch) Attractions Excellent working conditions Flat structure Good relationships with the team, supervisor and staff Comfortable commuting conditions: public transport and private parking Internal promotions are available Final date for applications - preferably December 2024 Candidates will be contacted, and first round interviews will take place remotely on a rolling basis.
