Position: Junior Controller & Project Manager
Reporting directly to the Iberian CFO, the Junior Controller & Project Manager is responsible for assisting the CFO and working together with local entities' teams on the overall planning, management, and completion of a wide scope of projects, as well as liaising and participating in the financial/reporting Group routines and consolidations.
Responsibilities:Assist and lead the planning and implementation of projects by reviewing and implementing project scopes and acceptance criteria together with the technical team, involving all relevant stakeholders.Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects and manage project budget and assigned project resources.Present reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management and maintain effective communication and working relationships with customers and project team members.Cooperate to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Track own time and resources in the projects.Assist in Kick Off Meetings and assign tasks to Project Coordinators.As Junior Controller, work closely with local entities' finance & reporting teams, supporting Group reporting and financial consolidation, as well as ensuring the liaison between project management and finance synergies tracking and quantification.Qualifications:Preferably, you have 2 or more years of previous work experience in a similar position in a dynamic environment (as a controller and/or project manager). This role is meant to develop you and you can learn with it. You preferably hold a Bachelor's or a Master's Degree, preferably in Finance / Economics. You have excellent analytical and organizational skills as well as a high orientation to detail, able to work with short deadlines. Active and advanced use of MS Office (SAP experience is an advantage) and fluent in English language. Understanding of project management phases, techniques, tools, and reasonable knowledge of current technologies and uses.
