WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The Global CCoE is the entity within Group Santander, responsible for supporting, managing, and coordinating optimal cloud adoption practices across the group. This helps provide a structured approach to cloud adoption and management.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
Overall team size and budget to be set to fulfill the area's goals and strategy.KPI reporting: Ensure agreed KPI reporting for local governance and for Group (T&O; Dashboard), enabling the Group to carry out its oversight responsibilities.Collaborate with other Subsidiaries and Group, promote sharing and reuse through Local / Global Design Authorities and collaboration forums on different topics.Actively contribute to the development of the Global Public Cloud strategy and strategic plan.Public Cloud Adoption, onboard all the entities in the global Public Cloud, build acceleration programs to help the group adopting the public cloud models and help in the migration plans to the cloud.Create a public cloud service catalogue and operating model.Vendor alignment.Support the entities in the cloud adoption journey.Manage the roadmap and deliverables of the public cloud landing zone. EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 10 years of experience.
EDUCATION
- IT Degree or Master.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems characteristics, features, and integration capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of public cloud platforms, infrastructures, and architectures.
- Excellent expertise in delivering key messages to senior audiences that drive engagement and buy-in.
- Excellent expertise in managing a diverse set of stakeholders and requirements including regulatory supervision.
- Exceptional service orientation.
- Strong leadership skills to develop and lead a high-performing team of experts, through growing people, nurturing trust in the group, and establishing a shared sense of purpose.
- Ability to inspire engagement in people through leading by example and cultivating a culture of transparency and staff influence.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Capable of producing high-quality output with a strong focus on attention to detail.
- Ability to understand the business context and technology manage uncertainty and apply.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively across a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to explain key issues clearly to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong negotiating, conflict resolution, influencing, and stakeholder management skills to ensure effective change management.
- Strong problem-solving and innovative mindset to ensure a clear focus on the forward agenda.
- High level of English.
