Partner with the best As a Production Chemist, you will be responsible for:
Collaborating with business units and teams to identify problems and implement solutionsProviding technical guidance for projects and initiatives to ensure successful deliveryPresenting metrics, project status and research to internal teamsLeading and implementing new product market introductions and field trials to test and develop innovationsInvestigating unusual or unsatisfactory product performance to determine root cause and preventative actionConducting field evaluations to mitigate production chemistry related challengesFuel your passion To be successful in this role you will be required to:
Have a Technical or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or ChemistryHave 3 years related experienceHave solid Offshore Production Chemistry or Oilfield Chemical experienceBe willing to work in offshore environmentHave experience working with laboratory equipment whilst ensuring a safe working environmentHave proficiency with Microsoft Office softwareDemonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with customers and teamsBe a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problemsHave good leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate teamsThis position requires a valid and unexpired driver's licenseAs part of our commitment to the health and safety of our employees, customers and the communities in which we operate, this role requires full vaccination for Covid-19 prior to beginning workWork in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
