The hotel was originally opened in 1929 within an expansive private estate and is currently undergoing restoration and renovation, scheduled to open its doors as a Four Seasons resort in mid-2024.The resort will have a total of 109 rooms and suites, culinary experiences, including a signature restaurant, a beachfront restaurant and café, and a poolside bar and grill, events space, spa and fitness facilities, direct access to the beach, adult pool access to the beach, adult pool and vitality pool, Kids for All Seasons, and a wine tasting experience in the vineyards.We are looking for a Commis Waiter to join our pre-opening team.
As a commis waiter, it is essential to provide impeccable service at all times to guests while working closely with other members of the team.
Other duties include:Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues.Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions.Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards.Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.Clear, clean, and stock chairs, linens, china and glass for service in an unobtrusive manner.Greet guests, provide water, bread and butter service.Set-up buffets and food stations.Requisitos: Minimum food service experience is required for this role, as well as good communication skills.
This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning and afternoon shifts.
The ability to multi-task is required.
Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
