In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests' needs and being an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.What you will do:At Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, we are seeking waiter assistants to join our team. This position, belonging to the Food and Beverage department, has the main mission of contributing to providing exceptional service to our guests. The responsibilities of the role include:Assisting the waiter by preparing, transporting, and serving food and beverage orders, all in accordance with Four Seasons standards and in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.Being able to carry trays correctly and safely, and knowing how to clean and prepare tables.Being familiar with the food offerings of each menu according to the Chef's suggestions and being able to explain to customers the composition of the dishes.Cleaning and keeping the guest tables and areas, as well as the food and beverage preparation areas, organized.Respecting and carefully handling the expensive equipment at the various restaurant outlets.What you bring:We are looking for candidates who are committed to excellence in service and who are great team players.
