Associate Marketing Analyst Job Description Are you willing to have an impact on the connected vehicle and telematics industry, with your relevant data analytics insights? As an Associate Marketing Analyst in Bridgestone Mobility Solutions, you will work on business-to-business products and services, deliver data-based insights and dashboards, leveraging and exploring hundreds of data sets, such as product sales, revenue, cost, discounts, or usage data. You will also be part of our core business unit, Webfleet Solutions Europe, as part of the Marketing Strategy team to help take business decisions based on data and superior reporting.
Being a member of a cross-functional team, including other data analysts, product marketeers, business managers, sales managers, customer success managers, product managers, pricing and marketing analysts, you will support building up and maintaining a steady inflow of data, Power BI reports, analyses, and dashboards, ensuring that these will materialize in proper business decisions for our primary business unit.

As an Associate Marketing Analyst, you are at the forefront of driving business results by generating data-based insights.
Data mining and data analyses to generate new insights for well-informed business decisions with stakeholder support.Collect data from multiple sources and databases and consolidate it in a single data source to generate business reports.Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in complex datasets.Develop powerful reports and business dashboards with excellent user experience to take business decisions.Steering efforts to exploit new data types and sources internally.Manage business initiatives from start to finish: This includes preparing analytics and developing presentations to effectively present and defend the topic to business management, initially with guidance and support from a team lead.Business Analysis Capabilities: Analytical Problem-Solving capabilities, Ability to conduct Interpersonal and consultative interactions, excellent oral and written communication.Close collaboration with Line of Business Management, sales teams, customer success, Product Managers, data scientists, marketeers, data engineers, and analysts to improve business performance on KPIs such as customer upsell and churn, prospecting, and rich-data content generation.Who are you? There is no set route to become our new Associate Marketing analyst. But to be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:
You have at least one and a half years of experience in building dashboards and handling data sets (DAX formulas, power query, data modelling).You can utilize several data sources, such as relational databases via SQL, non-relational databases, and any kind of web interface providing structured and unstructured data in any common data format.You have experience visualizing and presenting data utilizing Power BI (Google analytics, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Tableau, QlickView are a plus).You have knowledge in DAX Formulas, Power Query, and data modelling as this will be part of the day-to-day job.Be ready to be exposed to frameworks, standards, and software categories such as Azure or similar.Personal must-haves: problem-solving skills, analytic mind, aim to learn, flexible thinking, and good communication skills.Bachelors in science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics or Economics degree, with special focus on data analytics or statistics.Fluent in English. Additional language is a plus.Would be a plus: You have some experience building reports and working with databases from Salesforce or other CRM platforms.Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.)You have knowledge and experience with Python or any other object-oriented programming language.You have a basic understanding of unsupervised-learning techniques, such as k-mean, Gaussian mixture models, DBSCAN, self-organized maps, or autoencoders.What can you expect?
