SUMMARY We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer. As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing scalable, robust, and high-quality solutions. As an engineer, you are a professional with several years of hands-on experience, possessing advanced technical skills and in-depth knowledge. You excel in problem-solving, effective communication, guiding and mentoring other engineers, making critical technical decisions, and contributing to the strategic direction of projects.
EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE 5+ years of professional experience in data-related technologies.
SOFT SKILLS Advanced English level.Open to learning new technologies.Great communication skills.Good time management skills.Good mentoring and negotiation skills.Strong technical support skills. REQUIRED SKILLS Creation of ETL/ELT pipelines using Glue jobs and Python.Documentation of data engineering processes.Direct communication with stakeholders and internal clients.Data migration between cloud platforms (GCP and AWS).Monitoring of ETL pipelines to identify and resolve errors.Optimization of Python and SQL code to improve data ingestion/transformation processes.
