Quality Analyst
Location: Gestamp R&D; BiW Boroa, ES, Gestamp R&D; Date: Sep 4, 2024
Key Responsibilities:
Customer requirement analysis, EV and Battery Box normatives, lead risk analysis in quotation phase, project, and warranties.
Quality Strategy build and deploy within quotation phase.
Leading Quality Strategy deployment and consolidation within quotation and project phase, in cooperation with areas Engineering, Process, Logistic, industrial, i4.0, costing and technical redactions from Quality perspective, support on technical review with customer and lead from quality.
Develop and deployment of Quality standards for quotation and project phases, supporting as active partner digital traceability and product/process parameters monitoring.
Full cooperation for internal projects together with Quality areas, Divisions, Regional, plants.
Guarantee the achieving of Quality Strategy in each assigned project, by internal tools, where cooperate to develop and consolidation.
Co-lead to quality problems solving within projects phases as well as Serial Production, plant supporting where required.
Lesson Learned compilation within different project phases and application to new quotations. Share knowledge between divisions, plants.
Key Qualifications/Requirements:
Technical titulation, Engineering.
English C1.
High experience on industrialization phase of automotive projects, Product/Process Qualification.
5 years quality experience in automotive sector.
Project industrialization experience for automotive sector components, leading full product/process qualification.
Highly appreciated experience and/or specialization on Non Destructive Test (Leak, Electrical,...) and/or testing of Electrical Vehicles components (Battery Box, Battery Pack).
Highly valuable experience on adhesion processes, e-coating, assemblies.
Core Tools knowledge, APQP, MSA, SPC, PPAP, PFMEA.
Experience on CAD 3D user, GD&T; , simulation software tools.
Training on digitalization processes using hardware/software tools, and results application for process and product optimization.
Additional Information:
Job based in Madrid Headquarters. Availability for displacements over 50% of the time, full flexible availability according to position responsibilities.
