Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.We are looking for a/an Control&Instrumental; Engineer to join our FE_Energy team in Spain .Your main tasks and responsibilities:Responsible for all design, processing, and supporting activities for the pre-salesPreparation and issue of C&I; (Control & instrumentation) related documentation including P&I; (Piping & Instrumentation) Diagrams, wiring schematics and control diagrams/narratives, together with the specification and requisition electrical and C&I; (Control & instrumentation) equipment, all in line with design, manufacture, and customer requirementsManage the specification of factored equipment and sub-contract services such as control & monitoring panels, application software, commissioning, and electrical, control, and instrumentation materialsApplying cost-effective solutions and ensuring costs are controlled within estimates provided at the tendering stageAttend kick-off and order launch, design review, and HAZOP (Hazard & Operability Analysis) meetings with both clients & suppliersTo succeed in this role, you will need:HNC or equivalent in electrical/electronic engineeringKnowledge of controls and instrumentation productsIdeally experienced in all aspects of panel design, from initial tender through to on-site supportExcellent IT skills and proficient CAD user, Siemens NX, AutoCAD &/or EPLAN preferredRelevant experience within related industry ideally Oil and GasA flexible approach to work with excellent attention to detail skillsA willingness to solve problems and improve processesTeam player, hands-on approach, capable of building new relationshipsFlexibility and ability to adapt to changeWhat we offer you:A competitive salary as well as participation in the variable remuneration system based on personal and financial objectives.Restaurant ticketsPermanent contract.Accident insurance.No visa or work permit support can be provided for this roleSulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
