Aws Senior Engineer

Cloud Cost Optimization : Design and implement strategies to minimize cloud costs while maintaining performance and reliability.
FinOps Implementation : Lead the implementation of FinOps practices and tools to track, analyze, and optimize cloud spending.
AWS Expertise : Provide deep technical expertise on AWS services, architectures, and best practices.
Infrastructure Management : Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
Collaboration : Work closely with development teams and stakeholders to align cloud solutions with business objectives.
Mentorship : Share knowledge and mentor team members on AWS and FinOps best practices.
Evangelization : Promote a cloud-first mindset within the organization and educate teams on the benefits of FinOps.

Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with AWS.
Certification : AWS Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Engineer Professional preferred.
FinOps Knowledge : Demonstrated understanding of FinOps principles and methodologies.
Cost Optimization : Proven track record of successfully optimizing cloud costs.
Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication in English (minimum B2 level).
Teaching / Mentoring Skills : Ability to share knowledge and explain complex concepts clearly.
Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills :

Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like CloudWatch
