Job Purpose: Responsible for the delivery and implementation of Business Intelligence strategy across multiple disciplines, utilizing insight from internal and external commercial intelligence analysis to drive strategic activities in order to maximize profitable share growth for TD SYNNEX.
As AWS Business Intelligence Analyst you will be in charge of: Execute tactical actions in line with Commercial Operations or Business Intelligence Strategy;Work closely with various stakeholders to maximise share growth opportunities in vendors and customers for TD SYNNEX, for example:Execution of TD SYNNEX Box Model;Preparation and delivery of tactical activities to support share of wallet growth in customers;Creation of financial and operational dashboards;Monitor market developments, spot trends early and develop strategies to exploit identified opportunities;Subject matter expert for SAP CRM, SAP Business Warehouse (reporting) and Business Intelligence matters;Maintain integrity of customer intelligence and master data;Collate Intelligence and Financial data to propose and set sales and performance targets across the organisation;Action any ad-hoc Commercial Operations or BI requests, and support projects/activities as appropriate.About you: SOFT SKILLS: Strongly analytical and numerate;Excellent commercial acumen;Lateral thinker/problem solver;Excellent influencing and negotiating skills;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Ability to work in a team environment and build effective relationships;Ability to convert complex information into executable strategy;Self-motivated.TECHNICAL SKILLS: Advanced Microsoft Office skills required;VBA (Visual Basic) skills - ability to create macros and automate processes in Excel;Excel: Competent use of external data sources, Pivot tables, v-lookups, Match and index functions;Access Database (or similar, SQL etc) creation and development an advantage;Experience with SAP R/3, SAP Business Explorer (Business Warehouse), SAP Analyser for Office etc, advantageous, but not essential;Data visualization experience in Power BI or Tableau is mandatory;AWS certification is a plus.We can offer you: A value-based culture - all of our employees live by our shared core values which in turn brings everyone together in a collaborative culture with a real sense of community;Access to an online learning portal assisting you in progressing and developing your skillset further;Hybrid working, we go to the office 2 days per week;Benchmarked salary and progression paths;You will work in an international environment for a fortune Top 100 organization.
