The Global Junior Analyst PMO will be responsible for reviewing, updating, and tracking all necessary activities of multi-regional projects in APAC, EMEA, and AMER, in partnership with different client team members and JLL Account stakeholders. Activities will cover project management of global projects related to office changes, furniture updates, and expansion or relocation of premises. Responsibilities include: Reporting: Weekly updates of KPIs, Dashboards, SmartSheet updates, and client presentations. Planning: Key milestones, anticipating bottlenecks, and risk avoidance during office changes. Communication: Share and communicate all updates with local, regional, and global client/JLL teams. Collaboration: Connect with Leasing/Transaction Management teams to update each site's situations. Support: Report and help PDS/PMO global teams with all necessary tracking, recording, and filing materials. High proficiency in English, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must. Other EMEA languages are also a benefit.
