.Avionics Quality EngineerDate: Oct 25, 2024Functional Area: Quality (QUA)Career Stream: Operations Quality (OPQ)Role: Technical Analyst (TAN)Job Title: Technical Analyst, Operations QualityJob Code: TAN-QUA-OPQJob Level: Band 07Direct/Indirect Indicator: IndirectSummaryDetailed DescriptionPerforms tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:Ensures that the customer specifications are carried out and that they comply with the local requirements of the organization and the requirements of MPS (Manufacturing Process Standards).Manage NPI process and ECN control for your customers.Manage the complaints from your customers.Ensures that the specifications and the acceptance criteria of the products by the operational staff are known and respected; ensures that operators comply with product quality inspection procedures in accordance with customer requirements.Provides support in order to optimize processes, identifies and initiates opportunities to reduce costs.Prepares and collects data from the key points of the processes.Monitors product yields, process (yield) and scrap rate (scrap) or other quality indicators.Participates in the activities of PFMEA analysis and elaboration of Control Plan.PC operating knowledge - MS Office.Knowledge of English - high level.Knowledge of German - medium level.Knowledge and understanding of ISO9100, management systems knowledge, and understanding of quality and process improvements techniques and tools; good analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers; teamwork skills.Strong knowledge in Avionics market.Physical Demands- -Typical Experience- 4 to 6 years in an avionics company.Typical Education- Bachelor's Degree.NotesThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities of the position.
