Empresas:Hotel Mandarin Oriental Ritz, MadridThe Company Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is the renowned owner and operator of some of the world's most prestigious hotels and resorts.The Group currently manages 41 hotels with over 11,000 rooms in 25 countries across key business and leisure destinations.The hotel has designed 100 rooms and 53 suites with a sophisticated residential style, incorporating unique design elements inspired by the city's history, Spanish culture, and art.With a meticulous restoration honoring César Ritz's innovative spirit, a prime central location, five dining venues overseen by a top Spanish chef, and exceptional leisure and wellness amenities, Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid is poised to be the city's ultimate luxury destination.ResponsibilitiesPre-event planning – Provide expert guidance to production teams and event staff to ensure sound and video setups align with guest needs and venue capabilities.AV equipment setup and technical support – Offer technical expertise for sound and video requirements during events and assist with venue AV installations.AV maintenance and upkeep – Manage the maintenance and setup of AV equipment, guaranteeing top-notch performance standards and suggesting enhancements.IT support and Incident Resolution – Deliver on-site assistance for IT issues faced by colleagues and guests, as well as maintain and update room technology and devices.Maintain an updated knowledge base with common solutions and train colleagues on applying them effectively.Assist with any other tasks assigned by the Manager.Requisitos :Technical Degree in Sound and IT Systems preferred.Prior experience as AV technician and customer-facing IT support required.Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer-facing IT support and event AV work.Proficient in computer and network skills.Keen to work with high quality standards.Fluency in Spanish & English required, additional languages are a bonus.Strong communication skills.Afternoon shift with flexible hours, including weekends.
