Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the recruitment sector.Solid knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation across European countries.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a distinct advantage.Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Proven ability to establish trust and rapport with employees and stakeholders at all levels.Experience with HR software and various recruitment platforms.Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve HR-related issues effectively.
