You will collaborate with the P&C Leadership Team to enable a consistent and quality delivery of the P&C agenda in the country while providing subject matter expertise, trusted advice, and influence to enable the delivery of an amazing Colleague and customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include partnering with Recruitment and Retail teams to implement the workforce plan, coaching Area Retail Leadership in people management, and supporting P&C Store Business Partners in identifying training needs. You will foster a positive company culture, assist in analysing engagement surveys, and implement well-being programs.
It will be key that you collaborate with Retail Leadership on performance management, develop talent pipelines, and oversee succession planning. You will ensure compliance with people policies, advise on employee relations, and work with works councils and trade unions. Analysing KPIs, sharing best practices, and leading organizational change will also be crucial.
About you We are seeking someone with strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive development and change. You should be adept at building and maintaining professional relationships with your colleagues and teams, supporting our HR initiatives with effective communication and a clear business vision. As we continue to expand, your flexibility to adapt to different business needs and locations is crucial.
A solid background in HR will be essential and we will value experience in industry, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), and distribution. Regular travel and visits to stores will be required. Your capability to manage change, coach others, and drive high performance will ensure your success in this role.
