We are hiring a person to join asAdministrative Assistantin our Office in MadridMain Responsibilities & Duties:Perform activities with strong organization and control, ensuring efficient completion of tasks and support for operational successProvide support to analysts and managers across various departments such as Finance and Accounting, among others and helping them meet their goals and deliver results.Assist in the preparation and management of financial records.Maintain and update internal databases and filing systems to ensure accessibility and accuracyDraft and review correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.Support the implementation of company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across departments.Key Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar roleFluency inEnglishandSpanishis mandatory.Additional languages such as Portuguese, or French are considered a plus.Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet).Ability to perform tasks requested by immediate managers or analysts.Previous experience in Construction is desirable.Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple demands.Desire to work with different cultures and contribute to a diverse team environmentWhat do we offer?People at thecoreof what we do; Becausetogetherwe achieve great challenges.
