Autonomo Referral Role. Commission For Very Little Effort - Mallorca

This is a role you can perform with very little effort for good commissions as a second income by just sharing names and numbers when you are aware of someone selling a property or as primary income if you want to proactively search for owners interested in selling.TasksWe sell all types of real estate apartments, villas, land etc. and are always looking for owners who are interested in selling. Your role will simply be to introduce us to owners you know of.This is a role you can perform with no experience and just earn commission reactively when you hear of a property owner looking to sell.However, if you have experience and want to maximise the opportunity, a proactive sourcing strategy will maximise your income.We welcome referrals of owners of all types of real estate and we will pay to advertise and do all the work required to source buyers and sell the property. When we sell the property we will share a split of our commission with you.There will be gaps between income however, you can just use this as a way to easily boost income from another job for very little effort.Alternatively, if you have relevant experience and proactively source quality property the commissions will justify those gaps and you will have the freedom to enjoy working when you want.RequirementsNo experience is necessary however, if you have experience in real estate and feel you know how to source property, the opportunity to earn good commissions is of course even greater.You will need an account to invoice from, as you will be working autonomo, however, we can receive invoices from any account and if you do need to set up an autonomo account of your own, you dont need to do that until you earn money, so there is no risk to you.You will need to speak fluent Spanish and at least good English. German and any other languages could be a bonus but not essentialBenefitsFreedom to manage your own diary and even do this as something on the side. If you bring one property to us that we sell we will share a split of our commission with you.
