We are seeking a skilled professional to provide end-to-end testing from development to postproduction, delivering automated testing scripts aligned with the bank's business and technical architecture strategies.
Key Responsibilities End-to-End Testing : Provide comprehensive testing from development through to postproduction.
Automated Testing Scripts : Deliver automated testing scripts in collaboration with technical and business teams, aligned with the bank's business and technical architecture strategies.
Testing Status Reporting : Report testing status to a Software Engineering Manager and interact with a Product Owner and business stakeholders.
Quality Assurance : Ensure software engineers build, test, and implement solutions to the highest standards, adhering to bank methodology-driven scrum practices.
Requirements Analysis and Testing : Analyze and test clear and concise requirements by working closely with IT and business teams.
Incident Management : Manage incidents with clear and concise incident tickets/bugs.
Requirements: Mandatory Skills Automation Testing Tools : Experience with Cucumber frameworks, Rest Assured, Postman, JMeter, IntelliJ, Jenkins, GIT, JIRA, Xray.
Test Automation Expertise : Strong expertise and experience in industry test automation tools, implementing tool frameworks, industry best practices, and coding standards.
Complex Use Case Testing : Ability to test complex business and technical use cases, with exposure to API testing and microservice-based architecture.
Performance Testing : Experience in performance testing using JMETER.
Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level preferred, B2 with fluency acceptable).
Technical Skills Java : Advanced knowledge of Java programming with Spring Boot framework and DB connectivity.
Cucumber : Proficiency with Cucumber tool (with Gherkin language).
Selenium : Experience with Selenium for test automation.
Rest-Assured API : Expertise in testing APIs using Rest-Assured.
JMeter : Performance testing using JMeter.
Postman : Proficient in using Postman for API testing: Sending requests (add Params, Authorization, Headers, Body).
Adding tests and pre-request scripts.
Creating and running collections.
Analyzing test results.
Nice to Have Skills Banking & Finance Domain : Previous experience as an Automation Tester in the banking and finance domain.
Cloud Environments : Experience in testing applications in cloud environments.
Frameworks and Tools : Knowledge of working with Spring Framework, Java, Jenkins, Open Shift, Kubernetes, DevOps, Soap UI.
