Program and source code for in-house built solutions based on PLC or PC controllers and SCADA/OEE platforms.
Lead international innovative solutions related to Automation Systems.
Manage large-scale project initiatives that require coordination of site-based Automation Engineers (AE) to accomplish business goals.
Create, optimize, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to control the efficiency, availability, and quality of the machines, generating reports for improvement purposes.
Manage and deal with vendors to plan and coordinate ticket resolution for local teams or network-wide issues.
Provide technical guidance and decision-making for collaboration projects or initiatives with other Amazon teams, being a key stakeholder in supporting technical and major network support requests.
Ensure remote troubleshooting capability is available on a rotational system to provide 24/7/365 support for all hardware or controls software systems within the site locations.
The role might require travel to sites for support around 20-30%.
